A manufactured home, Class A may be permanently located on a lot or parcel as permitted by the underlying district, except in planned development manufactured home parks. The manufactured home is the only residential structure located on the lot; has a width of 19 or more feet; roof pitch minimum 1:5; exterior siding comparable to standard residential construction; constructed on permanent footing; tongue, axles, and towing apparatus removed.
