Setback
Temporary sawmill must be at least 400 feet from any residence on adjoining property or from any lot in R-1 or R-2, at least 200 feet from any boundary, and at least 100 feet from any street, road or highway.
From the ordinance
A temporary sawmill shall only be established to process timber cut from the parcel on which the temporary sawmill is located or on immediately adjacent parcels. A special exception permit shall be required from the board of zoning appeals for periods in excess of 12 months. A temporary sawmill shall be located at least 400 feet from any residence located on an adjoining property or from any lot in an R-1 or R-2 Residence District, at least 200 feet from any boundary of the tract, and at least 100 feet from any street, road or highway.
