Signage

  All freestanding signs in these districts shall have a maximum height of ten (10) feet.

  One freestanding sign for identification of a bank, office building, funeral home studio, or its occupants or similar uses permitted in the N-C, Neighborhood Commercial District and the TO-C, Transitional Office District, shall be permitted. Such sign shall be limited in area to twenty-four (24) square feet.
