Floodplain
- Base flood elevation determination
Where specific 100-year flood elevation cannot be determined, applicant for development greater than 50 lots or 5 acres shall determine this elevation using technical methods.
- Lowest floor elevation
When base flood elevation data is utilized, the lowest floor shall be elevated to or at least one (1) foot above the base flood elevation.

The Approximated Floodplain District shall be that floodplain area for which no detailed flood profiles or elevations are provided... lowest floor shall be elevated to or at least one (1) foot above the base flood elevation.
