- Appeal timeline to City Council30 days
Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Review Commission may appeal such decision to the City Council, provided that such appeal is filed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of notification.

In reviewing an application to raze or demolish a site, object building or structure in the HP-O District, the Review Commission shall consider the public effect, effect on adjoining historic district properties, impact on Comprehensive Plan goals, and whether the building is of such old and unusual design that it could not be reproduced.
