  The home occupation shall be conducted within the dwelling or fully enclosed accessory building, shall not require external alteration to the appearance of the dwelling, and shall involve no equipment which is deemed to be in conflict with the intent of the residential nature of the community (except for outside play equipment for a licensed family day care home).

  The home occupation shall be conducted only by direct family members residing on the premises and not more than one person who is not a direct member of the family.
