In considering a conditional use permit request for an asphalt plant, in addition to the general standards contained in section 1-501 of this ordinance, the board shall specifically consider and set standards for the following: a. The maximum height of any structure and any additional setback requirements necessary to compensate for any increased height. b. Specific measures to control dust during the construction and operation of the plant. c. Specific levels of noise permitted during the daytime and nighttime operation of the plant, as measured at adjacent property lines, and any additional requirements for the design or operation of the plant intended to reduce noise.
