Signage

Except as otherwise provided, any sign may be a wall, freestanding, or projecting sign, and, except as otherwise provided, no detached sign shall exceed a height of 15 feet.

Unless otherwise specified in these regulations, all signs shall comply with the yard requirements of the district in which they are located, provided that one sign, may occupy required yards in a district where such sign is permitted by these regulations, if such sign is not more than 32 square feet in area.
