Signage
Pennants, banners, streamers, wind-sail signs and all other fluttering spinning or similar type signs and advertising devices; any flashing signs; any sign located on the roof of a building; any display of intermittent lights resembling danger; signs attached to trees, utility poles; parking vehicles with signs for more than 15 days.
