Signage
Pennants, banners, streamers, wind-sail signs and all other fluttering spinning or similar type signs and advertising devices. Any flashing signs. Any sign located on the roof of a building and no projecting sign shall extend over or above the roof line or parapet wall of a building. Any display of intermittent lights resembling, or seeming to resemble, the flashing lights customarily associated with danger or such as are customarily used by police, fire, or ambulance vehicles, or for navigation purposes.
