- Building-mounted dish location
Building-mounted dishes shall not be on the front of any facade or structure. The dish must be mounted in such a way that it cannot be seen from the sidewalk or street.

Ground-mounted dishes shall not be in the front yard of any structure. Every effort shall be made to mount the dish in an unobtrusive location. Visible dishes shall be screened with plantings.
