• Buffer between commercial/industrial and residential zones

  Commercial and industrial district uses that abut residential zones shall provide a landscape buffer or screened area between districts.

  Any land-disturbing activity exceeding 2,500 square feet, including construction of single-family homes, shall comply with the requirements of the erosion and sediment control regulations.

• Limitation of land disturbance

  Land disturbance shall be limited to the area necessary to provide for the desired use or development. Ingress and egress during construction shall be limited to one access point unless otherwise approved by the zoning administrator.

• Landscaping required in commercial and industrial districts

  Landscaping shall be required in all commercial and industrial districts.
