Not more than 5% of the gross area of the PUD project shall be devoted to commercial uses.
The developer shall establish a nonprofit association, corporation, trust or foundation of all individuals or corporations owning residential property within the planned development to ensure the maintenance of open space.

- Site plan required
Before a zoning permit shall be issued or construction begun on any permitted use in this district, detailed site plans indicating compliance with the substantive provisions of Article 10.28 of this chapter shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator for study.
- Underground utilities required
All utilities, including telephone cable and electrical systems, shall be installed underground.
Parking
- Commercial vehicle parking limitations
No garbage, truck, tractor and/or trailer of a tractor-trailer truck, dump truck with a gross weight of 12,000 pounds or more, cement-mixer truck, wrecker with a net weight of 12,000 pounds or more or similar such vehicles or equipment shall be parked on any public street in any residential district. Any commercial vehicle parked in any residential district shall be owned and/or operated only by the occupant of the dwelling unit at which it is parked.
From the ordinance
The minimum permitted size for any PUD District shall be five contiguous acres. The permitted density for dwelling units in a PUD District shall not be more than 10 units per gross acre.
