• Dining area size

  One ten (10) × ten (10) area is allowed next to the Mobile Food Vendor.

• Hours of operation

  Mobile Food Vendors are allowed to operate between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

• Maximum 2 days per week at one location2 days

  A Mobile Food Vendor shall locate a maximum of two (2) days per calendar week at any one (1) location within the town.

• Maximum number of food trucks per lot3

  No more than three (3) Mobile Food Vendors may operate from the same lot at the same time.

• Minimum distance from certain residential districts50 ft

  Mobile Food Vendors shall not locate within fifty (50) feet of any RR-1, RR-2, R-4, R-5, OTR, or PR (non-commercially designated parcels) Zoning District.

• Minimum distance from established restaurant100 ft

  A Mobile Food Vendor selling prepared food shall not locate within one hundred (100) feet of an established restaurant during the restaurant's operating hours.

• No amplified music

  No amplified music shall be allowed.

• Generator noise limit

  The operation of the vehicle or use of a generator should not be loud enough to be plainly audible at a distance of one hundred (100) feet away.

• Removed by 9:30 p.m.

  A Mobile Food Vendor and all materials associated with the business shall be removed from the location by 9:30 p.m. each day.

• Only food and non-alcoholic beverages

  The sale of anything other than food and non-alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

• Signage limited to vendor itself

  All signage shall be limited to the Mobile Food Vendor itself. Only the food products for sale, the name of the business and a price list shall be listed.

• Trash and recycling receptacles required

  A Mobile Food Vendor shall provide trash and recycling receptacles.
