Lighting
- Night lighting screening
Where night-time lighting of such areas is proposed large evergreen trees shall be required in a location appropriate to screen adjoining residences. Any such night-time lighting shall be constructed in accordance with the standards for a residential district contained in Article V of this ordinance.

Any outdoor activity area, swimming pool, or ball field or court which adjoins a residential use type shall be landscaped in accordance with Article V of this ordinance.
Parking
- Parking behind front line in MXD, DC, GC
Additional standards in the MXD, DC and GC zoning districts: Parking shall be located behind the front line of the principal building. Town Council may grant a special exception to this requirement as authorized by Section 1112.
