Minimum lot size: Twenty thousand (20,000) square feet. Minimum frontage one hundred (100) feet. Front setback: Fifteen (15) feet from the right-of-way of a local road; thirty-five (35) feet from a collector road with a right-of-way width of fifty (50) feet or greater; sixty (60) feet from the center line of a collector road with a right-of-way width of less than fifty (50) feet. Rear setback: Thirty-five (35) feet. Side yard: Twenty (20) feet.
