Parking

For corner lots, parking areas shall be located behind the primary structure and set back as far as possible from the side street, but no less than 10 feet in commercial zoning districts and no less than 20 feet in residential zoning districts.

All parking related uses, including but not limited to driveways, parking areas, structured parking, parking facilities, on- and off-site parking, within the District shall be required to adhere to the following standards and constructed only upon the issuance of a zoning permit.
