- Active recreation requirement
At least twenty-five (25) percent of the minimum required open space shall be designated for active recreation purposes, and no more than fifty (50) percent shall be so utilized.
- Minimum lot size as percentage of underlying70 pct
Minimum lot size: Seventy (70) percent of the minimum lot size of the underlying district.
- Type B buffer required
Open Space Design Overlay Districts shall provide a type B buffer where the developed area of the district abuts RR1, RR2, R-4, R-5, OTR or PR districts.
