Parking
- Mass transit reduction
The minimum number of parking spaces may be reduced upon the approval of a mass or alternate transportation plan, which details arrangements for the mass or alternate transit of potential visitors to the site, including residents, employees and customers.
- Reserve area
Each lot for which the minimum number of parking spaces has been reduced shall show a reserve area sufficient in size to accommodate the number of parking spaces which were not required to be constructed.
