Signage
- Maximum directional signs per lot3 signs
A maximum of three (3) signs plus three (3) directional signs per lot is permitted in the MXD District.

Of the maximum number of signs permitted in subparagraph (a) above, a maximum of one (1) sign may be a freestanding monument sign, provided the lot contains a minimum of seventy-five (75) feet of frontage on a public street.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, a maximum of two (2) signs is permitted per establishment in a multiestablishment building, and a maximum of two (2) signs is permitted per single-establishment building on a multibuilding lot.
