Signage
- Maximum directional signs per lot3 signs
A maximum of two (2) signs per lot, plus three (3) directional signs, is permitted in the Research and Development and Industrial Zoning Districts.

Of the maximum number of signs permitted in subparagraph (a) above, a maximum of one (1) sign may be a freestanding monument sign, provided the lot contains a minimum of two hundred (200) feet of frontage on a public street. The freestanding monument sign may have a maximum size of one hundred (100) square feet.
