Parking
- Drive-through stacking spaces
Financial institutions: 4 for first window +2 each additional; car wash: 4 per bay self-service, 5 automated; fast food: 3 per window; all others: 3 per window.

When transit service is available within a one-quarter (¼) mile of the site, measured as a pedestrian would walk to the transit stop, and the transit service provides thirty (30) minute peak hour service on a regular schedule then a fifteen (15) percent reduction would be permitted.
