- Conditions for modification
The requirements of this section may be modified or waived by the administrator where the intent of this section is preserved and where the proposed developments of the new use meets any of the following guidelines: natural land characteristics, innovative landscape design, buffer yard occupying more than 15% of lot, or separation by alley, utility right-of-way, water body.
