  • Development of substandard lot

    May be developed with a use permitted in the zone, provided that the lot complies with all applicable setback, height, coverage and other dimensional requirements, except as otherwise provided, and is not adjoining another substandard lot under same ownership, and does not create new nonconformity.

  • Any lot described in section 12-1000(A) that does not meet the minimum lot width or area requirements of the zone may be developed if the lot has at least 75 percent of the required lot width and 75 percent of the required lot area.
