From the ordinance
The City shall grant a density bonus when a residential development project meets at least one of the following criteria: 5% very low-income, 10% low-income, etc. Density bonus up to 50% for regular, 80% for 100% affordable. Parking ratios: 0-1 BR: 1 space, 2-3 BR: 1.5, 4+ BR: 2.5.
