Permitted uses: Single-family dwellings attached or detached. Tiny home (foundation) in a tiny home community, except in the RC Zone. Related recreation and community facilities for the use of residents of the development and their guests. Natural open spaces. Golf courses. Multipurpose trails. Other uses as may be permitted as part of the planned residential development. In the single-family residential base zones, uses required by State law to be permitted in conjunction with a single-family residential use.
