Design

The design review procedures set forth in this chapter shall apply to all new buildings, structures and signs, and enlargements of existing buildings, structures and signs in the RC - Residential Conservation, Commercial and Office, Mixed-Use, Industrial and Downtown Specific Plan Zones.
