The following uses are specifically prohibited in any industrial zone: Any residential use other than permitted caretaker housing... A minimum front yard setback of 50 feet shall be required and maintained wherever a lot or parcel in any industrial zone abuts or is adjacent to a lot or parcel in any residential zone or use. A minimum eight-foot high solid masonry wall shall be constructed along the property line.
