• Kitchen sink required

  Each unit shall be provided a kitchen sink serviced with hot and cold water with a garbage disposal and a counter top measuring a minimum of 18 inches wide by 24 inches deep.

• Laundry ratio

  one washer and one dryer for every 20 units or fractional number thereof

• Management plan required

  The SRO living unit facility shall have a management plan approved by the City.
