An SRO living unit shall be a minimum of 150 square feet in floor area and up to a maximum of 400 square feet in floor area. A minimum of ten square feet per unit, or 250 square feet, whichever is greater, shall be provided for interior common space. Laundry facilities shall be provided in a separate room at the ratio of one washer and one dryer for every 20 units.
