Density
- Senior/Elderly density exception
The maximum density otherwise applicable for 'RH,' 'R-1,' 'R-2,' 'R-3,' 'R-4,' and 'R-5' Zoning Districts may be doubled for housing projects for Senior/Elderly persons containing not less than twenty (20) units. The project shall be used exclusively for housing for Senior/Elderly persons who are age sixty (60) and over.
