For interior setbacks, a minimum of six (6) feet for twenty-five (25) percent of the lot depth or thirty-five (35) feet, whichever is less. Remaining portions of upper stories shall have a minimum setback of one-half (½) the height of the building face measured at the plateline or ridge beam, whichever is highest. For side yards adjacent to a street, the upper story must meet the first story exterior setback requirements.
