Parking
- SB 9 parking exception
No off-street parking required for SB 9 projects within 1/2 mile of high-quality transit corridor or major transit stop, or if car share vehicle within 1 block.

In all districts ... outside of the Downtown Parking Zone and Mixed-Use Zoning Districts, there shall be provided off-street parking spaces for vehicles according to the following schedule
