Parking

  • Designated parking for low-emitting and carpool vehicles

    Designated parking shall be provided for low-emitting, fuel-efficient, electric and carpool/vanpool vehicles, marked 'CLEAN AIR VEHICLE'.

  • Tandem parking permitted

    Tandem parking is permitted if the tandem spaces serve the same dwelling unit.

From the ordinance

For any residential development located in a mixed-use district, one (1) space is required for every dwelling unit, except for Single Room Occupancy Facilities, for which no parking is required, and for Group Homes, for which one-half (0.5) space is required for every bedroom.
