Fencing & walls

All areas in mobile home parks shall be separated from any public right-of-way by a wall or fence not less than six (6) feet in height.

All mobile home parks shall provide one (1) or more recreation areas or buildings having an aggregate area of not less than two hundred (200) square feet for each mobile home site.

All development is subject to the requirements of Chapter 27A (Stormwater Treatment Measures and Maintenance Program) of the Municipal Code.

No structure in the MH District shall exceed two and one-half (2.5) stories in height nor in any event exceed thirty (30) feet. Minimum site area 3 acres, not more than 1 mobile home per 3,000 sq ft. Yards 20 ft. Coverage 25%. Pervious 40%.
