If a video game arcade constitutes the primary use on a lot or parcel, one parking space for each video game machine, plus one parking space for each full-time employee shall be required. Hours of operation shall be limited to 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for any video game arcade located within 300 feet of a residential or institutional use or zone.
