Any individual or persons desiring to build a new structure or an addition to an existing structure shall be permitted to build up to 16 feet in height... No structure shall be constructed, altered, or maintained in a manner that significantly impairs a view from a viewing area of another parcel.

A minimum of two enclosed parking spaces shall be provided and maintained in a garage, and a minimum of two unenclosed parking spaces shall be provided and maintained as a driveway, on the property of each single-family dwelling unit containing less than 5,000 square feet of habitable space.
