Fences enclosing horses or cows shall be not less than four feet in height and shall be of the strength equivalent to that of a wood fence with four-by-four-inch posts, no more than ten feet apart, with three two-by-six-inch rails.
- Animal waste management
Animal waste shall not be allowed to accumulate, runoff or leach so as to create a nuisance. Manure may be disposed of by removal or composting in a bin. No standing surface water or ponding within areas where animals are kept.
