Lighting
- Outdoor lighting limits
Individual bulbs <=2200 lumens; aggregate <=16,000 lumens per lot; additional 1,600 lumens per 1,500 sq ft over 15,000 sq ft, max 32,000; light source not directed at other properties; if on building, not above eaves; if on pole, <=10 ft above grade.

- Commercial vehicle parking
No commercial vehicles >6,000 lbs parked or stored in residential districts, except during construction or deliveries.
- Delivery hours
Deliveries involving commercial vehicles >6,000 lbs allowed only 7am-7pm Mon-Sat.
