- golf courses, driving ranges and related ancillary uses
- governmental facilities
- public utility structures
- outdoor active recreational uses
- restaurants with alcoholic beverages and dancing/live entertainment/games
- restaurants that change alcohol license classification
- restaurants with drive-through window service
