Section 11-3. - Planning and Zoning Commission.#
(a) The Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby established, consisting of five (5) members to be appointed by the Council. The members shall be appointed for three (3) year overlapping terms.
(b) Four (4) members of the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be registered electors of the City, shall have been residents of the City for at least one (1) year immediately preceding the date of their appointment, and shall not be elected officials or employees of the City. One (1) member of the Commission shall be a Councilmember.
