ARTICLE I. — IN GENERAL#

Sec. 1. - Continued; jurisdiction.

The circuit court of the City of Hopewell as now established and created by law shall continue and shall have and exercise the jurisdiction and powers as now constituted by general law.

Sec. 2. - [Repealed.]

Editor's note— Section 2 of this chapter, relating to the salary of the judge of the circuit court, was repealed by Acts 1978, Ch. 39, § 2.
