The purpose of the Rural Zone (R-20) is to provide for dwelling units at the ratio of twenty (20) acres per dwelling unit. Minimum lot area 20 acres, min width 300 ft, max height 35 ft, front yard 20 ft, side/rear 5 ft per story.
