- Entrances not facing abutting residential parcels
All new structures constructed for vehicle/equipment repair shall be constructed so that the entrances to individual workstation/service bays do not face abutting residential parcels or the public rights-of-way.

All vehicle/equipment repair uses and related activities shall be limited to between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

In the CG-1 district, vehicle repair uses shall have a minimum lot size of 15,000 square feet. On-site parking shall be provided at a minimum ratio of four spaces per 1,000 square feet of gross floor area.
