Height

Each corner lot in this district shall have a minimum width at the setback line of 125 feet.

- Subdivision requirements
Before recommending approval of a subdivision in this district, the planning commission shall determine that the requirements of the subdivision ordinance and other ordinances of the city have been met.
Parking
- Commercial vehicle parking
The parking of any commercial vehicle in this district is prohibited, except that a commercial vehicle of not more than 2½ tons capacity may be parked in an enclosed garage. A commercial vehicle of one ton capacity (not to exceed manufacturer's gross weight rating of 10,000 pounds) or less may be parked to the rear of the rear line of the main building.

Spaces in attached garages or accessory structures shall not be counted towards the required minimum number of parking spaces for each dwelling.
Setback

From the ordinance
The following regulations shall apply in this district: (1) For residential lots containing or intended to contain a single-family dwelling served by a public water system, and having public sewage disposal, the minimum lot area shall be 20,000 square feet.
