ARTICLE 23 - HISTORIC DISTRICT ORDINANCE

Article 23, Section 23-538 standards

The general building height of any new construction shall not exceed four stories or 50 feet.

Article 6, Sections 6-1, 6-2, 6-6, 6-826 standards

Structures shall be located 30 feet or more from street right-of-way on all dual-lane divided highways. Buildings may be erected up to 50 feet in height from grade subject to building code compliance.

Article 811 standards

The permissible uses there are limited to public recreation, and institutional use-oriented activities. Yard regulations will be determined by the zoning administrator upon consultation with the planning commission.

Article 9, Sec. 9-1-212 standards

In all districts (with residential dwelling units) off-street parking shall be provided either in a private garage or on the lot of the structure, space for parking two automobiles.

Preliminary Plat Requirements1 standards

The preliminary plat requirements shall include a map showing the location of the proposed subdivision and/or land development with respect to any designated floodplain district, including information on, but not limited to, the 100-year flood elevations, boundaries of the floodplain districts, proposed lots and sites, fills, flood or erosion protective facilities, and areas subject to special deed restrictions.

Section 2-3-11 standards

In all agricultural zoning districts or districts having similar classifications ... the placement of manufactured homes that are on a permanent foundation and on individual lots shall be permitted, subject to development standards that are equivalent to those applicable to site-built single-family dwellings within the same or equivalent zoning district.

Section 2-3-31 standards

This ordinance shall not relieve lots or parcels from the obligations relating to manufactured housing units imposed by the terms of a restrictive covenant.
