Height

Church spires, belfries, cupolas, monuments, cooling towers, municipal water towers, chimneys, flues, flag poles, television antennae, and radio aerials are exempt. For permitted uses, the minimum side yard or rear yard immediately adjoining or adjacent to a residential district shall be 25 feet. This requirement shall not apply where residential districts are separated from commercial districts by a public street or right-of-way with a minimum width of 30 feet.
