Height

Buffering and screening shall be utilized on all lots subject to rezoning to office and institutional C-1, on all sides fronting on a residential district.

Any residential unit approved hereunder shall be physically separate from other residential units in the same building and physically separate from any commercial use area of the building.
Parking
