General provisions
581 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
Transect 5 allows for a residential density of 20-50 du/acre and non-residential density of up to 2.30 FAR. Transect 6 allows for a residential density of 50 -100 du/acre and non-residential density of up to 3.0 FAR. At least 10 percent of the total lot area in the MXD-U zone as identified in the Master Zoning Plan.
