Section 3.03.D.41 standards

The following uses are permitted in a building in the PD-RDP Zoning District provided they do not occupy in aggregate more than 5% of the gross floor area of such building; otherwise, approval of a minor special exception is required:

Section 3.03.E4 standards

One employee (1 full-time equivalent), other than members of the home occupation operator's family residing on premises, may be permitted to work on site. An employee permitted to work on-site requires 1 off-street parking space... Up to 25% of the gross floor area... may be used to store merchandise... must not generate more than 10 additional vehicle trips per day.

Section 3.03.E.3.b1 standards

Section 3.03.H.6.e1 standards

The mobile vendor must keep all areas within 5 feet of the vehicle, trailer, or cart and any associated seating area clean of grease, trash, paper, cups or cans associated with the vending operation.

Section 3.03.I.31 standards

Accessory outdoor sales area must be included in the parking calculation for the use, as if the accessory outdoor sales area consisted of gross floor area.
